Solo Planner Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions under which you ("User") may use the Solo Planner application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Overview of the App
The App is a personal project management application that provides task management and Gantt chart features.
3. Conditions of Use
The User agrees to:
- Not use the App for unlawful or improper purposes
- Not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
4. Data Storage and Backup
All user data is stored locally on the User's device.
If the App is deleted, data stored on the device (including project information, task data, and settings) may be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
The App provides a backup feature that allows users to export and import data as files.
Users are solely responsible for creating backups and managing exported files.
The developer shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from failure to back up data, file corruption, loss of storage location, or any other cause.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The developer shall not be responsible for any errors, malfunctions, service interruptions, or data corruption caused by external factors.
If the User causes damage to a third party through use of the App, the User shall resolve such matters at their own responsibility.
6. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms when necessary.
Updated Terms shall take effect upon notification through appropriate means.
